Fort of Raja Ratan Amol Singh

This is one of the oldest fort and is believed to be a strong symbol of national integration and is in Buria village, which is at a distance of 8 kilometers from the central location of Yamunanagar.

Chaneti Tomb

This is one of the most promising historical village at a distance of 10 kilometers from Yamunanagar. This place is well known for the oldest Buddhist Stupa here, which is a sperical shaped tomb and spreads across an area of 100 square meters. It has a height of 8 meters and is made of layers of baked bricks. The government body, namely the Department of Archaeological and Museums, Haryana, takes care of this historical place.

Chandpur Masjid

This is one of the most revered religious places and it attracts crowds from the nearby cities of Ambala, Panipat, Kurukshetra, Faridabad, Sirsa, Panchkula, Rohtak, Hisar, Gurgaon and many others.

Shiva Temple

This is one of the most oldest Shiva Temples and is dedicated to Lord Shiva. It is strategically located in the Ambala Road near the Bhatoli area of Yamunanagar and many devotees throng this place on a regular basis. This place is most crowded during the celebrations of Maha Shivratri and people of Yamunanagar beleive that all wishes of theirs will be granted if they pray in this temple with belief and faith.

Buria Sahib Gurudwara

By Train

This city has its own railway station known as the Yamunanagar Railway Station or the railway station of Jagadhri, which is a very old railway station and is connected to most of the other cities of the state of Haryana. Other nearby stations are Kalanour Railway Station in Haryana and Saharanpur Railway Station in Uttar Pradesh. The airport of Sharanpur is at a distance of 34 kilometres from Yamunanagar.

Also, there are other cities from which one can travel by road, like Chandigarh, Patiala  and New Delhi, which are at a distance of 105 kilometers, 111 kilometers and 200 kilometers respectively. There are many bus services run by Haryana State Road Transport Corporation (HSRTC) and other private travel services, due to which one can travel to Yamunanagar with ease.
